Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on products delivered to a United States address, minus a 20% restocking and payment processing fee. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will have a 10% order cancellation fee applied. We cannot accept international returns.

Payment processing fees can not be refunded (not to exceed 20% of purchase price). We also accept returns on unopened and unused accessories within 30 days.

Customers are required to pay for the return shipping fee on their returning order. A return authorization is required prior to shipment. If a return authorization is not obtained prior to returning items, a refund will not be given.

A return may only be requested during the first 30 days after the delivery date of your product(s). We will be unable to honor requests for returns after the 30 day period has expired. All international orders are final.

If store credit has been issued to adjust a previous order, and the original order is returned, the store credit amount will be deducted from the refund. Orders placed prior to a sale can be price matched within 30 days. The difference will be returned in the form of a MakerMade gift card or product equal to or more than the difference.
